Police have arrested absconding Olympian wrestler Sushil Kumar from Delhi after the killing of wrestler Sagar Dhankhar at Delhi’s Chhatrasal Stadium.
Delhi Police said that both the accused have been arrested from Mundka area of Delhi in the case of killing 23-year-old Sagar Rana. Along with Sushil, his partner Ajay has also been arrested. The police had also announced a reward of one lakh rupees on Sushil and 50 thousand rupees on Ajay.
Let us tell you that a case of scuffle between wrestlers came to light on the night of May 4 at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi. Some wrestlers were badly injured in this, who were admitted to the hospital. One of them died during treatment. The deceased was identified as Sagar, a junior national champion wrestler.
