‘Yuva Hallabol’, an organization raising voice for corruption, irregularities and problems of youth in government jobs, has supported the two-day strike of bank personnel for the first time. According to Anupam, the national convenor of Yuva Hallabol, the youth group will also participate in the strike on March 15 and 16 in banks across the country. Apart from this, a campaign against privatization will be launched on Twitter on March 9 through the hashtag ‘We will not let the country sell’. The central government is selling off national assets. This is cutting employment opportunities for the youth. Due to the continuous decline in jobs in government and private sectors, the career of the youth is getting destroyed. Anupam, the convener of ‘Yuva Halla Bol’, which has brought the issue of employment to national debate, has strongly opposed the plan of handing out profitable state-run banks to political interests. The ‘Yuva Halla Bol’ has launched a campaign against the policy of handing over some big capitalists by selling decades of blood sweat and hard earned national assets, public sector undertakings and banks.
